Watchtower on second host doesn't push notifications

Hi all, I have two docker hosts each running their own watchtower container. I have enabled notifications for both watchtower container via Notifiarr with the same environment values:

Host 1:

• WATCHTOWER_NOTIFICATION_REPORT=true
• WATCHTOWER_NOTIFICATION_URL=generic://notifiarr.com/api/v1/notification/watchtower/###?template=json&server=DELL1

Host 2:

• WATCHTOWER_NOTIFICATION_REPORT=true
• WATCHTOWER_NOTIFICATION_URL=generic://notifiarr.com/api/v1/notification/watchtower/###?template=json&server=DELL2

For host 1, I receive notifications when containers are updates, but not for host 2. How is this possible?

N.B. When I restart both containers, I get a notification for both.
