Learning Resources & Tools

I'm totally new to AI, but since this competition was so open, I figured I've got nothing to lose entering!

Now I've got to do some research. 👨‍💻

I figured I'd share some of the learning resource and tools that I run into along the way. It might help other people who are new to this ( but not too much, I'm keeping my own ideas to myself 😉 ).

First off, I'm going to be trying to use Rust, so I started making a Rust template for the competition.

Next up, I'm researching Reinforcement Learning. I just found this book that looks to be a great introduction to the concepts, but I haven't gotten far through it yet: Reinforcement Learning: An Introduction.
