Drone takes forever to Takeoff! #3

I've been trying to run `python motion_planning.py --goal_lon -122.40195876 --goal_lat 37.79673913 --goal_alt -0.147' after starting the Motion Planning module of the simulator. Code executes, drone is armed but after 'Local Start and Goal: (316, 446) (787, 46) is reached in terminal window, niether the drone takes off nor the execution of code moves forward. Facing this issue for long now but could not understand why is it happening.

Any help would be appreciated.
