Track Auto Test Enhancement

Considering the recent accidental event occurred, I suggest that we review our system components one by one and design more comprehensive test cases to reduce the patch runtime time as much as possible in the future. Especially, about the corner cases related to the Weight, Gas, Price. We have fallen into these traps several times, so I think it's time to make some changes in this regard. This is not a short term task I think, feel free to add more cases.
