Hi Jessie,

Users are writing me asking about why they cannot get a cycles coupon. They quote the section 1.4. I think it needs to be updated with the decision by DFINITY not to issue coupons using the #cycles-faucet.

Thanks @testpuddle, I wanted to do this directly with the change but this requires a little bit more effort as this is kind of a core requirement of the Developers Ladder at this point. We have/had it on our radar. (cc @jessiemongeon1)

But it is good to know that people on Discord referring to this section when looking for the faucet. 👍
