Add an option on the config flow to add a prefix and/or suffix to the new sensors

This is essential when you're creating multiple sensors for different rooms. Otherwise, you have the additional work of opening each new "device" and then editing each sensor with the identification details 🥱

🤦‍♂️ this is done by the "name" field, which I left as the default as I didn't know any better. This way, the sensor names were simply based on the integration name itself. I would suggest rename that field to "room name" or "area name".
