VSCode extension

Hi all, I personally use usbipd a lot as I prefer to compile ESP Code in WSL. So I made this little vscode extension (opensource of course) to make my life a little bit easier. Although attaching a board to port has to be done with a admin level shell the first time, subsequent attach and detach is only a quick click away within vscode itself.
