Ability to auto start in proxy mode upon device restart

When the device is restarted the app needs to be opened and start needs to be clicked to use it in proxy mode. It automatically doing so upon device startup will remove the hassle.

Alternative method may be to add a tasker support so that it can be auto started using tasker.
