Fix the widget components #1394

The widgets components are not working (<= 4.1.0).

Widgets are basically based on DOJO widgets.
Fix the couple of component widgets in the code (progressBar, table2).

This means investigating the use of the DOJO widgets API and update both Java renderers and the theme JS files for the corresponding components.
