Would it be possible to pass a second variable to the script where if set it would just take the comskip output and use that to embed chapter markers where the commercials are in the mkv instead of cutting out the commercials?

I wonder if simply setting the path to comskip to point to comchap (comskip is used by it to find the commercials), which takes the same arguments would work?
