"CO2 optimized charge - Battery and Car not parallel charging - Why?"

Hi dears,

maybe this behaviour is how it should work, but anyway let me outline my observations and feel free to correct me or point me to a potential solution.

Setup:
Sonnenbatterie10 with 10 (netto) KW
Polestar 2 (Min 6A)
KEBA Wallbox
PV 15 KW
Static Energy tariff - ( but clearly planning to migrate to Tibber or eq )
Setting of the Battery:

• prioritize the Battery up to 50% Charge level
• prioritize the Car if Battery is =>50% Charge level
• Charge Car if =>80% Level and sufficient PV

I have set the "Charge Battery" setting to =<100gCo2/KW and at the same time the Wallbox set to =<100gCo2/KW.
Since the limit is at the moment in my region lower than 100g, the Battery is charging with full speed.
Since its a sunny day today, the PV is delivering approx 6-7KW. - So all fine for me since the energy for the battery, which has got its trigger from the CO2 level, is charging from my PV system right.
However I was expecting that my Car is starting in parallel with full speed since level is set to =<100gCo2/KW but its not.
Even more strange, the car starts charging for some minutes again and again and stops after some further minutes. I guess this is due to the fact that my Wallbox is set to "PV" mode. However, the CO2 setting should overrule this for my understanding?

There are a few issues for me:
1.) I do not charge my car but charging my battery if triggered by the CO2 setting (future will be based on Euro/KW level) - This will prevent me of getting cheap energy at this time when it is cheap - at least not in the full possible amount.
2.) Since the Car is not charging, there is energy left which is now feed into the grid. - I get some cents charged back for but I actually would benefit more if the car is starting with minimum charge level (roughly 3,9 KW) and the charge speed of the battery is down to the remaining PV energy.
3.) When the Battery is triggered by the =<100gCo2/KW setting, then irrespectively of any PV-Car-Charge dependency, it stays at max speed charging and prevents the Car to start charging.
In numbers:
Bad case: 4,4 KW Battery max speed - 7,0 KW PV energy - 0,5 KW House consumption - 2,1 KW to the grid
Expected Case: 7,0 KW PV energy - 3,9 KW Car Charge - 0,5 KW House consumption - 2,6 KW Battery charge
Actual configuration: Car & Battery should charge if =<100gCO2/KW but its not working. (PV generated energy would be a nice benefit even not fully covering the full amount)

To take a potential statements upfront :
„If Battery is prioritized to 50% then the Car will not be charged ! „ - This is understood but not consistent since the Battery is stuck to the CO2 Setting and not taking care for any PV energy. However the Car/Wallbox is no longer respecting the CO2 setting if there is PV energy existing. (Example: 6 KW PV but CO2 level met, then not charging with full speed, only PV energy get charged)

My apologies, this summary is a bit mixed, so hopefully you can get me. The goal should be to get the best benefit from the PV, so this is why we are here right, but further I would trigger the Car + Battery parallel if the energy price (Future Scenario - actual I take CO2 as trigger as alternative) is low enough.

CO2 / cost limit for cars is currently not working when a charge plan is active. This has been fixed on the master and will be released with the next version.
