Avoid problems with header when updating txt files

As we've spoken yesterday, since the license header is often a txt file aswell, headache should not get confused if we configure it to update *.txt files.

We haven't tried it, but in this scenario it seems possible to find problems, so perhaps first step is to test this situation, and then fix it if necessary.
