Description

Upon first opening a directory that is using the details layout after opening the app, the column area rolls off-screen as you scroll, leaving an empty space behind. If you go to another directory and then access the same folder again, it will not happen.

Can you check if restarting Files fixes this issue?

It does not, even if you close Files to the tray area, that just seems to reset the state of the bug, causing it to happen again in any directory you first open with the details layout.

I meant a complete restart of Files after closing all previous instances. The easiest way to do this is by restarting Windows.

That does not affect the problem either. The issue persists even if you reinstall the app.
