Plugin occasionally doesn't bring N1MM+ to the foreground

Tom N1MM reported that when the plugin sends keystrokes, N1MM+ occasionally doesn't summon to the foreground. I've added logic in my plugin as of Release 3 to wait up to two seconds for Windows to send N1MM+ to the foreground, otherwise print a warning log entry and abort sending the keystroke.

This issue will be closed in a few weeks or so if no further reproductions are seen.
