Masstransit with Sql/NoSql transports, Including SAGA/Statemachine logic, and Elsa as workflow option.

I have been very invested in masstransit to implement workflow from code using Elsa as wf engine. I tried implementing Elsa in V1, but seems not to play nice with the multitenant logic. Perhaps a Workflow Module?

Tried with tenant onboarding in v1, When a tenant is created, it offloads the seeding based on module access in worklow.
When a user is self registering, it offloads to worklow for a admin user to assign the applicable role. Default only had limited access.
