A really good example is the yorps. You can jump over them and they won't ever turn around. Previously I've noticed that many of the other sprites have done this too, including vorticons and bloogs.

Now that I can enter keen 4 and keen 6 levels, I can confirm that its now working with bloogs and giks (I forgot giks were ignoring keen when I wrote this issue). The issue is still going on with yorps.
