WebDAV: Failed to fetch

I'm trying to setup a WebDAV destination with SingleFile using URL http://x:10080 with a username and password I've verified works with other WebDAV clients. But using either Tailscale hostname x or swapping it out for LAN IP 192.168.1.45 both results in SingleFile error: Failed to fetch (WebDAV), and I can tell from looking at the WebDAV server sftpgo logs that the fetch attempts aren't even reaching the server.

Other WebDAV clients work with this same URL with either hostname or IP, so I'm not sure if this is a limitation with HTTP (vs HTTPS) or ports not being supported or something with the IP? Or if this is a bug, but it's more likely I have a config problem. Would love some help.

Sftpgo still has this issue despite other clients working, but I got rclone webdav server working as expected so this issue isn't relevant anymore.
