[FR] Unify two context menus.

SingleFile currently has two different context menus, one for the webpage and another for the extension button. However, I've noticed that these two menus are inconsistent, with each having some unique options not present in the other.

Hope to a single, consistent set of options across both menus, which would allow users to choose to enable either one meanwhile disabling the other.
BTW, according to the wiki, there seems to be a third context menu which is of tabs that may also need to be unified.

As far as I can remember, this is a limitation of Chrome. It cannot display more than 5 items in the context menu of the button.
