New version 4.2.2

This new version contains updates to UX/UI and I'm starting changes to handle two big things:

1. add configurable format numbers
2. handle a DB_PREFIX constant string to allow multiple installation on the same server with same database

These things allows me to better reuse the whole framework for other applications. This changes are not smooth, so if errors come out, please contact me here or on Codecanyon to fix them.

Changes in this version, new features and fixed some bugs:

• UI/UX changes: ajax grids to avoid some refresh while navigating the records in the grid
• UI/UX changes: removed the Edit button with pencil icon repeated at the end of every table row. Now the edit is on the name/title field, as in Banners list.
• Small changes in Clients list (some totals counter and eCPM added)
• Small changes in Positions (number of serving ads added)
• Small changes in Users lists (you can change the user status ON/OFF just by clicking on the status in the list)
• Fixed a bug in the creation of a Positions without a site
• Fixed a bug in previous 4.2.2 update SQL script
• Fixed a bug in serving ads that doesn't found DB_PREFIX
