Semantic segmentation data format for paliGemma

Description of the feature request:

I have a semantic segmentation dataset with labels in a list-of-polygon-points format. How should I format it for fine-tuning with either the PaliGemma or PeliGemma 2 model?

What problem are you trying to solve with this feature?

I want to create a fine-tuning colab script to train PaliGemma for a specific semantic segmentation dataset.
