Vecty officially has WebAssembly support

I'm not sure if there is a better way to communicate this for people stumbling across this fork, so I figured I'd just file an issue stating it instead:

Vecty officially has WebAssembly support since hexops/vecty#232 (comment)

If there is a better way to communicate that, or there are differences that make this fork still useful in some way, I'd love to hear about it!
