Have single Gantt chart for entire project rather than specific to each phase.
Allow user to scroll in time, updating insights/etc. with union of overlapping phases.

Timeline:

  • Start: 4/9
  • End: 4/13

Also, look into GitHub timeline feature on profile page for another potential idea.
