Can't restore backup

The problem

With a new fresh install of Hass OS, stuck at the onbording screen because i can't restore my old backup. Nothing even shows to enter the encryption key into.

While this should work, you can proceed through onboarding with the creation of a test/temp user and password, skipping integration configuration, and then restore a backup. Restoring during onboarding is not a requirement. There would also be more visibility into what is going on that way via supervisor logs, etc.
