What did you mean by adding personal chatboat? Any example how they are integrated with any portfolio site?

Take rasa bot for instance . If your chatbot server is running on cloud , you can integrate it inside your website's index.html

There is no built-in way to add this. You have to fork the theme and add it to your fork.
