Have centralised data about meetups in the website

Now we have the table and the map, each one to be updated separately. It would be better to have only one place where there are data about meetups, and then use it to export them in various forms (table, map, ..).

I guess the entire code for displaying the map can be merged / integrated into the main repository (note: right now this exists in @vbernardes repo).

When doing this we can also remove the trackers googleapis and cloudflare by loading this from the local repo.

PS. When merging we should make sure to properly attribute Fairphone. This can be done below the map and in https://humanetech.community/about/#credits
