Following Docs For (Next) Form Causes Breaking Error

Hello!

Has anyone else experienced this? Copying and pasting the code from the new docs (next.shadcn-svelte.com) for the Form component causes this error:

SuperFormError: Object found in form field "form". Set the dataType option to "json" and add use:enhance to use nested data structures. More information: https://superforms.rocks/concepts/nested-data

There isn't any nested data, as far as I'm aware, and checking the information in the above link, setting the dataType to json seems to cause a significant loss of functionality.
