Tweaks to the Alchemist's Tower (PoL).

Instead of a fixed cost (750 gold), each cursed artifact has a unique cost to be removed.
For each artifact, the hero can choose if he wants to remove it or not.
Also, the negative effect can be inverted for each cursed artifact at a cost.
The cursed artifact is transformed into another artifact with inverted effects.
For each artifact, the hero can choose if he wants to reverse the effects of the artifact.
If the hero's army is more than 5 times more powerful, the wandering creatures do not flee and want to join him.
Works with the secondary skill Diplomacy, so that the wandering creatures always want to join the hero's army if the hero's army is more than one time as powerful.
Counts as two hero levels when the hero visits Xanadu (bonus not cumulative).
When the "Game: Cursed Artifacts are "glued" to the hero" option is enabled (#3078), and the negative effect of a cursed artifact is inverted, the artifact is no more "glued" to the hero.
When the hero possesses cursed artifacts and moves onto the active square of the Alchemist's Tower, the end of the displayed message is modified:
"For some gold, the alchemist will remove or invert the effects of the artifacts for you.
Would you like to enter?"
Instead of:
"For 750 gold, ihe alchimist will remove them for you. Do you pay?
In fheroes2:
When the hero decides to enter, a new window is displayed:
The left and right arrows on both sides of the cursed artifact sprite (on top) are displayed to allow to select the desired artifact to be removed or the effects inverted.
The sprite of the artifact giving inverse effects is indicated below the cursed artifact and is automatically displayed according to the cursed artifact.
For each cursed artifact, the hero can decide whether or not to remove it or invert its effects.
The cost in gold for each action is indicated to the right of the artifact, and a "TRADE" button validates the action.
When the artifact is removed, the cursed artifact is automatically removed from the hero's inventory.
When the artifact is inverted, the cursed artifact is automatically removed from the hero's inventory and replaced by the new artifact.
When the "Game: Hero and Captain have extended inventory for artifacts" option is activated (#2995), artifacts located in the extended inventory are also proposed for removal and inversion (to avoid the player needing to transfer them to the hero's standard inventory before visiting the Alchemist's Tower).
The player can exit the window at any time using the "EXIT" button, whether or not he has performed any actions.
When the hero no longer possesses a cursed artifact, the cursed artifact and inverted artifact frames are empty, and the "TRADE" buttons can no longer be activated.
The player can only press the "EXIT" button to exit the window.
Empty frame:
If the player doesn't have enough gold to make a least one of the trades, the Marketplace button is displayed in the bottom right corner of the window, allowing the player to trade resources to obtain the required amount of gold.
This is an option:
"World: Hero can choose which artifact to get rid of or invert at the Alchemist's Tower."
