[Unknown Mod][Game] Remember last hero/city selected

Features that should be reintegrated into fheroes2 by default (not as option), as they improve game comfort without changing the original game.

game: remember last focus
This option makes the last hero/castle selected when the player ends his turn automatically be selected in the next turn.
The last hero/city selected is also saved in the save file.

I know there are plans to be able to rearrange the order of heroes by dragging and dropping them into the hero list, but this will never be as quick and efficient as automatically selecting the last hero/city.

This can be implemented directly in fheroes2.
