[Feature] Compatibility with Telegram's browser

The feature

Telegram, the chat app, has a built-in browser. Unfortunately it's opt-out, so many people use it when I link to my shared albums.

With this browser you can't upload or download any photos to/from Immich, while any other sites that feature uploads or download work fine. Immich also works fine with other browsers, so the issue is specifically with Immich together with this browser.

Personally I've confirmed this not working with Telegram v11.5.4 (5528) on Android 14.
