[BUG] 502 Bad Gateway - Multiple Immich In the Same Machine

The bug

I have deployed another stack with the 2283 port.
The previous one works fine.
I am attempting to build another set to test the scanning functions to enhance the performance.

After change the HOSTNAME for the DB, TYPESENSE, REDIS, seem everything works fine.
Immich-server has no error logs.
immich-proxy has shown the following error:

Immich-web has some error and is probably not up

that's everything I can read from the log

i have applied the fix, but whether this is a root cause may leave the team to confirm.

I have accidentally created PORT as the variable as to config the yml.

but this PORT has forwarded to immich-web as shown in the last comment "listening on 0.0.0.0:2284"
thus the nginx fails to reach immich-web:3000.

I have define another term in both yml and .env, the key fix is to avoid using PORT.

Otherwise, it would return to bad gateway.
