I realized while QCing the datasets that the images in sct-testing-large name sub-nyuShepher... were also in ms-nyu. However, the ms-nyu dataset contains more images (the stiched images and the sagittal inferior images) and more subjects.
Also, json sidecars were created for the images in sct-testing-large.

Example:
In ms-nyu:

Note: I will have to move the segmentations (both SC and lesions).

Correction: most segmentation files are already in ms-nyu. The script I wrote verifies for each derivative file in sct-testing-large, if the corresponding file is in ms-nyu.

I realised while working on this, that several files had not been transfered from ~duke/mri/nyu/2017-shepherd.
The duke folder contains 610 files while the git annex repo contains 495 files.
This will have to be resolved in the future: opening issue #43
