Add quality code platform

Hi @serut thank you for offering your help. I will do some research on the platforms. To me is more important that the platform integrates easily than the amount of features it provides as this is a rather small package.

Do you have good experiences with Codacy?

Yeah it takes ~1m to setup everything ! Just look at my package to get an example of each ot these platforms (Coveralls, Codecov or Codacy) and pick one of them.
Then

• install the CLI : https://github.com/serut/meteor-coverage/blob/master/.travis.yml#L25
• run a coverage task that exports the LCOV file using COVERAGE_OUT_LCOVONLY=1 : https://github.com/serut/meteor-coverage/blob/master/package.json#L34
• send it to the platform : https://github.com/serut/meteor-coverage/blob/master/.travis.yml#L36

Hi @serut just to folloup on your issue I tried many times to get travis to run but it wont fix chromedriver and selenium webdriver :-/

On local everything runs fine and I think it is not related to the coverage. I will refer here to the already opened #10

However, until the Travis issue resolves I will leave this open.
