Issue with pay platform plugin and Multiple package plugin

Hi,

Plugin is great. It's almost what i was looking for. But i'm having a problem. For shipping and payments i use a Plugin from the business that manages this, MercadoPago.
The plugin split the products in the cart but when i choose the shipping options and later checkout the other plugin only "recognise" the first product/shipping. Some idea to solve this??
