Synch color schemes between tags between cloud and local copies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When changing the color on the cloud version and synching the local copy doesn't change the tag. Allow for the UI features to change as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
Changing the color on either the cloud or local copy allows for the other tag to be changed to the consistent color as well. The tag is synch meaning if I create tag X on the cloud and synch the local copy gets X but the color doesn't get synched.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only fix is to manually do it.

The color of the tags (unlike the colors of all the other type of objects) are stored in the settings, so implementing #163 would fix this one too.
