I'm not sure if this is a bug or user error, but I'm unable to import data from TaskUnifier Pro 4.3.4 (the old Java based version) into the new TaskUnifier 1.2.8.

Here's what I'm doing:

  1. Run TaskUnifier (old Java-based verison) and click File > Export > Export Data to ...\Temp\2021-07-01-Task-Unifier-data.zip
  2. Run ...\Temp\Task Unifier\TaskUnifier-1.2.8.exe (dl'ed from github)
  3. Click File > Import Data from ...\Temp\2021-07-01-Task-Unifier-data.zip and click [Import]
---> Nothing happens (no error is provided either)!

Is this a bug? Or are there instructions somewhere that describe the correct procedure?

Thanks.

Hello,
There is no way to import the old data currently, sorry.
The only workaround is to use Toodledo.

Btw, @rustymonkey you may 👍 in the issue #197 (as a reaction, not comment) - having 1000+ people asking for that could convince Benjamin to reconsider that ;-).
