Prompt answer broke important chat

I had a long running Chatgpt conversation that included details of a lot of important information and context for a project I was working on. One of my prompts seemed to trigger an option between 2 responses but before it produced the responses, the screen went blank and it says oops, an error has occured! with a button that says try again. When I click the button, i get the same bank screen with the error message and button. Any time I try to open that chat it breaks. Both on the desktop app and the web version.

Is there any way to get that chat back? It has really put a damper in the progress of my project.

UPDATE** I opened it in the app on my phone at it worked. made a thank you comment and then I was able open it on the desktop and web without the error.
