Rendering Issues when shaders are enabled before game launch #169

#128 seems to be the same issue, when launching the game with embeddium and oculus 1.7. There are a lot of rendering issues present if the shader was toggled on before launching the game. Loading into a game and toggling shaders once loaded seems to produce the intended behavior.

Are you also using AMD?
I don't use AMD, so it's quite difficult for me to reproduce this issue. You can try disabling the shader cache first.

Happens on both my intel and amd systems
