Allow class teacher to start Puzzle Racer

Puzzle racer is great! Excellent addition to the site :)

That said, there is one significant improvement I'd like to see for this feature. Currently when I invite students to join a Puzzle Racer session together I can send them the link to join but I can't control who starts the race. Kids don't always follow directions, so it makes it virtually impossible to use the feature with kids because they will click the link and immediately click the "JOIN THE RACE" button, which starts the race automatically. If even one student clicks the button, it forces me to create a new race, paste a new link (already confusing for them), and repeat the instructions.

Would it be possible to allow the host of the puzzle race to start the race rather than leaving it open for any player to start the race?
