Apparently, some values are not being propagated to their respective Makefiles.

Here are some examples:

  • CFLAGS_AVX_512
  • LDFLAGS_PIC
  • CFLAGS_PIE
  • LDFLAGS_PIE
  • ...

Need to evaluate and update all such values.
