Edit README.md tutorial to reflect any CartoDB interface changes #1

There have been some changes in CartoDB since the tutorial was made. Let's just make sure that everything here reflects what users will see on their screen.

Off the Top of my head:

  • Populated Places data is Common Data>Cultural Datasets + View All
  • Table View is now Data View

Where did the cartodb-tutorial come from? We should make sure the updates get back to the original!

I forked it from here and I agree that it'd be good to get the changes back to the original. Is that where we would use a pull request?
