Permissions management for multiple users

If you do add the function to work on shared libraries, then it might need to also have option for user profiles.

This can then be linked to permission managements (ie, which users can add new snippets, amend existing snippets, add new folders, which languages etc)

You might want to then link this to a 'premium' option IF you at some point want to monetise
