- 1 eggs
- ½ Cups sugar
- ½ Teaspoons vanilla
- ¼ Cups butter
- 6 Tbsp sour cream
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ Tbsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ block cream cheese
- ¼ cup powder sugar
- 2 Tbsp powder sugar
- 1 tsp milk
- For the batter, Cream the butter and sugar together
- Add egg, vanilla and sour cream
- In another bowl mix dry ingredients
- Add dry ingredients to wet slowly while you mix until smooth
- To make the strussel, Pinch butter with dry ingredients until combined into a grainy consistency, alternatively use a food processor.
- Mix cream cheese and powder sugar together until smooth
- In a greased ramakin pour half the batter
- Sprinkle some of the strussel over the batter
- Spread cream cheese over the strussel
- Pour the rest of the batter over the cream cheese
- Sprinkle the rest of the strussel on top
- Bake for 20 min at 350F
- Make the icing by combining the sugar and milk
- After the cake is cool pour the icing over it
