- 1 1/2 cups pastery flour or all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 large egg
- Melt butter and pour into the milk
- Beat the egg with a fork and add to the milk/butter
- Stir the dry ingredients (flour/baking powder/salt/sugar) together
- Mix in the wet ingredients to the dry.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan on low
- grease pan and add 1/2 cup of batter for large pancake
- flip the pancake when bubbles form on the top and the edges become a little dry
Should make 4 large pancakes
