Steps to reproduce

fresh windows install, install powertoys preview breaks

✔️ Expected Behavior

to see any txt style preview

❌ Actual Behavior

cant be previewed, even a .txt

Other Software

fresh win install to make sure no conflicts, twice!

btw when installing from github as a installer, previews work so from what i can see only mstore is only effected as a windows user
