Steps to reproduce

I try and launch powertoys, i have tried right clickling and running it as admin, but the app does not launch, there is a small buffer period and task manager shows that powertoys launches for 0.00:01 CPU time, it does not show up in the system tray either. I have tried reinstalling it, and installed 0.87.0 but same thing, its just doesnt work

I encountered the same issue during use. After installing PowerToys 0.87.0, PowerToys fails to launch. The system version is Windows 10 22H2. I tried reinstalling version 0.86.0, and the issue was resolved.
