The deployment fails bacause of Region doesn't support Classic resource mode for the App Insights configuration of the AML workspace

Reproduction :
Follow the instructions
Use Sweden Central for AML and Canada East for OpenAI

Deployment Error Details:
BadRequest: Region doesn't support Classic resource mode for Application Insights resources. Please use Workspace-based mode.
