documentation improvements for 06-text-generation-apps\python\githubmodels-assignment.ipynb

please see the MR.

• I improved the documentation a bit (description of UI buttons etc)
• Also there was a dotnetcli string at the end of the pip command which is wrong
• Updated the support languages (added C#)
• Updated the supported models (btw. is it useful that we enumerate all models?) this will change a lot over time
