Are latest React Native Windows still suported?

The readme states:

The versioning scheme for React Native WinRT aligns with versions of React Native for Windows

A new major version of React Native for Windows is not guaranteed to be supported by a mismatched version of React Native WinRT

The latest version of React Native Windows is 0.75.4 (and soon 0.76) but the latest react-native-winrt version released is 0.72.1. Is the latest RNW not supported anymore or the versioning scheme changed and react-native-winrt is supposed to work with newer RNW versions?
