Environment: GitHub Codespaces (Remote/Local)
Build Version: 20241205.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Make sure there is no Azure Function Core Tools in GitHub Codespaces environment.
F1 -> Azure Functions: Create New Containerized Project... -> Click "Install" button in the below dialog.
Select "Learn about Azure Functions versioning..." option in the Azure Functions runtime list.
Check whether a web page "Azure Functions runtime versions overview" is opened.

Expect:
A web page "Azure Functions runtime versions overview" is opened.

Actual:
No web page is opened after selecting "Learn about Azure Functions versioning..." option.

More Info:
This issue also reproduces after selecting "View sample projects" option in "Select a language" list.
