Overview

We need to come up with a way to create a small version of our ontology files (e.g. each component, mondo.owl, merged.owl, mondo-ingest.owl, and the SemanticSQL's for each), for either/both (a) individual cases where we need that input to run a test on a specific part of the pipeline, or (b) a general holistic way to do this; to run a miniature version of the whole build.
